Returns
The buyer has seven (7) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please
email us with the issue at hand for a requested refund.
To be eligible for a return, the buyer’s item must be unused and in the same condition that the
buyer received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. The buyer’s item needs to have
the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping will not be included in the refund.
Refunds
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify buyer that we have received the returned
item. We will immediately notify buyer on the status of the refund after inspecting the item.
If buyer return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the credit card (or original method of
payment). The buyer will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the
buyer’s card issuer policies.
Shipping
Buyers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If the buyer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will
be deducted from the refund.
